Hiding who you are is exhausting, but the idea of just being yourself is paralyzing.

You want to...
move forward towards a gender identity and expression that feels right for you…but you don’t know where to start.

confidently trust and be yourself…but half the time you feel like you’re a fraud.

feel good in your own skin and have fulfilling romantic and sexual relationships...but you’re secretly afraid that no one will want you.

be supported by a community that has your back.

SEE a future worth having.

learn and adopt information that doesn't come from f*cking Reddit.

do the work, take ownership of your own story, find ways to make your life easier, challenge yourself to do the next hardest thing, and find ways to have joy, play, and pleasure along the way...

You're in the right place.

“Hands down, working with Rae was THE best self-care decision I made when assessing my gender identity. Our sessions together were highly impactful, providing support, critical perspective, and insights which helped me reflect on what I needed to live authentically and course correct my life. In short, Rae helped me find, establish, and develop the best of me, and I am so thankful for it. To anyone looking for support through a major life change, and especially to individuals exploring their own gender or sexual identity, do not hesitate to contact Rae and Practical Audacity. They. Are. Wonderful.
